Kadean Construction and NorthPoint Development Break Ground on Phenix Commerce Center in Hampton, VA

Recently, Kadean Construction Company joined NorthPoint Development at an official groundbreaking ceremony for the Phenix Commerce Center in Hampton, Virginia. Part of a two-building development totaling ±840,000 SF, the project will offer light manufacturing, warehousing, and logistics to the Port of Virginia area. Within the site, 6,000 SF of the ±540,000 SF Building 1 will be a state-of-the-art Workforce Training Center operated by the City of Hampton.
