Kadean to Build Two Additional Warehouse-Distribution Facilities at KCI Intermodal BusinessCentre

Kadean Construction will begin construction this month on two large Class-A warehouse and distribution facilities worth nearly $28 million at the KCI Intermodal Business Centre for developer Trammell Crow Company.  The 216,320 square foot LogisticsCentre VII and 459,680 square foot LogisticsCentre VIII will be the sixth and seventh such facilities Kadean has built in the 687-acre logistics park adjacent to Kansas City International Airport for Trammell Crow Company.

Trammell Crow Company and Clarion Partners received the 2020 Business Excellence Award on April 2 from the Platte County Economic Development Council in recognition of its efforts to build and promote the KCI Intermodal Business Centre.
