Kadean Completes Construction of New 1st Phorm Headquarters and Warehouse in Fenton Logistics Park
St. Louis, Mo., August 5, 2020 – Kadean Construction has completed construction of the new 185,590 square foot state-of-the-art headquarters and logistics center for 1st Phorm, a premium manufacturer and nationwide distributor of high-quality nutrition supplements and athletics apparel. The multi-million multi-purpose facility is located in the Fenton Logistics Park and includes corporate offices, a 222-seat education and training auditorium, private library, 16 fully integrated Zoom rooms, multi-cast podcast studio, and a 16,000 square-foot athletic facility with world class weight training room, turf training facility, batting cages and full-size NBA basketball court. The space will also include a 2,500 square foot Supplement Superstore retail outlet, private barber shop, game room, full-service kitchen and break room area and 97,000 square foot distribution facility.
1st Phorm is relocating its headquarters from South St. Louis County and consolidating several warehouses around the St. Louis region into the new combined facility. More than 400 employees will work in the building, located at 2091 Fenton Logistics Park Boulevard on the site of the former Chrysler plant in Fenton, Missouri. 1st Phorm is occupying the entire facility, which offers room for future growth.
U.S. Capital Development is the project’s developer and owner, and M+H Architects is the architect. Kadean provided general contracting and design/build services. Construction began in July 2019.
“1st Phorm is built around a a culture of health and fitness, and this building reflects that culture well and accommodates the physical fitness needs of visiting professional athletes, area coaches, employees and more,” said Travis Mulder, Project Director for Kadean. “The tenant finishes include a wood floor basketball court, locker rooms, executive offices overlooking the gym and a video training and presentation area for large groups. Getting a good workout will be an everyday occurrence at 1st Phorm!”
