Clients engaged in the design stage of a project often call on Kadean Construction to provide a Guaranteed Maximum Price to build the job from start to finish.

Based on supplied criteria and preliminary conceptual drawings, we assume the risk of committing to this Guaranteed Maximum Price for completing construction and project administration.

The benefits to the client opting for this arrangements are two-fold: 1) The final cost to complete the project is defined early in the process and; 2) Any savings accrued during subcontractor selection and actual construction will be returned to the owner in the form of a deductive change order upon completion of the project.
